Kicking
and Punching can alleviate stress --- and be a great
workout if they are part of a Cardio Kickboxing fitness
routine. A form of Martial Arts, Cardio Kickboxing
offers an aerobic workout that elevates your heart rate
and keeps you moving with a series of kicking and boxing
moves. Cardio Kickboxing can tone muscles, burn fat, increase your strength and speed, and burn off a
notable amount of calories.
Deborah's classes are a great way to stay in shape. The
full body workout will get your heart going at the
optimum rate to turn your body into a calorie burning
machine, you will lose around 400 calories in a one hour
class.
Deborah's Cardio Kickboxing classes at Club TKD Martial
Arts in Newbury Park are hard hitting, body shaping
programs that will work every muscle in your body to
their limits. Within two weeks you will feel stronger
with the added benefit of having more endurance and
energy. Within 6-8 weeks you will notice weight loss and
muscle definition.

Saturday @ 9:20am
You do not need to be a Club TKD Martial Arts Member to participate
in Kickboxing Classes. Drop-Ins are welcome or you can
buy a series of 10 classes for a discounted price. You
only pay for the classes that you attend.
