participate in our Tai Chi Classes. Drop-Ins are
welcome or you can buy a series of 10 classes for a
discounted price. You only pay for the classes
that you attend.

What is Tai
Chi?
Tai Chi is a low impact, weight
bearing, and aerobic (yet relaxing) exercise that
originated in Ancient China. It began as a Martial
Art and has become very popular, as it can be learned
by people of any age. For those who practice Tai
Chi, it often takes on the purpose of enhancing physical
and mental health. It includes gentle movements,
deep breathing, and meditation. The meditation is
sometimes called "moving meditation".
What are the
Health Benefits of Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is believed to improve the
flow of energy through the body, leading to better
wellness and a wealth of potential benefits. These
